As a Data & Business Analyst at mama health, you'll be the bridge between our Data Science team and our Customer Success team, helping translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for leading pharmaceutical companies.
Working closely with our data scientists, you'll transform analytical outputs into compelling client-ready deliverables, answer business questions with data, and help customers understand the real-world experiences of patients.
This is not a pure analytics role - you'll combine technical skills with business thinking and client communication to turn data into strategic decisions.
You will:
- Bridge the gap between Data Science and Customer Success, ensuring analytical work creates tangible client value
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights
- Build client-ready analyses, reports, and presentations based on data generated by our Data Science team
- Develop analytical models that help customers understand patient journeys and treatment experiences
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
- Use Python for data analysis and automation where appropriate
- Present insights to internal stakeholders and occasionally join client meetings to explain findings
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, Customer Success, and the founders to continuously improve how we communicate data to customers
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex healthcare datasets
